Founded in 2016, GLOFEE focuses on the research and development of its own brand of high-performance power semiconductors (MOSFETs) and circuit protection products (TVS/ESD/GDT). The core team consists of several PhDs and Masters with extensive practical experience from internationally renowned semiconductor companies such as Motorola, TI, and Semtech.
Having cultivated expertise in the power semiconductor and integrated circuit fields for many years, the company has developed over 300 high-performance power circuit protection products to date, nearly 90% of which have entered stable mass production, demonstrating strong chip design and product development capabilities.
